Here's hoping once the gavel falls those who where involved in this are left penniless and wearing federally issued clothing. Starting with Holder, then to the hag who took the 5th. This is a wonderful development. Until someone starts making these corrupt government officials PERSONALLY accountable, nothing will change. Having a few useful deomcrat idiots having their lives ruined and going to jail will serve to warn the rest as well as the RINOs that are as corrupt as the dems to behave too. As an added benefit, all these SOBs have no morals and will gladly sell out their comrades to save their own skin. So starting this kind of thing will really bring out the truth.
It's a good strategy unless the government indemnifies the IRS employees, which would allow them to not have to worry about a personal criminal complaint, if I understand the process correctly.
And I won't be the least bit surprised to find that will be the case.
That should not be allowed. The Government should not have the right to do things either collectively or through individuals to citizens and then protect itself from litigation. That is tyrannical.
I don't know how it works in all government jobs, but I know a member of the Armed Forces cannot sue the government.
