Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Grants Itself Authority to Shut Down Any Business at Anytime. What a nice way to shut down the enemies of the state like gun stores, gun manufacturers, non-union businesses, businesses owned by the Koch brothers, etc. It’s beginning to look more like Nazi Germany every day.

Picking winners and losers has been a progressive tradition since at least when the TR administration tried to run Coca-Cola out of business in 1909 because its product has caffeine in it. Oddly, though, the coffee and tea industries were never bothered by the precursor of the FDA during that time.

The Constitution is outdated(and hard to read) so it's about time we upgraded to something Progressives can agree with. Between the CFPB and the IRS, we'll ALL be Progressives soon.
