Contempt of Congress case against Holder will proceed. Just Congress? This guy’s in contempt of the whole entire United States of America, as is his boss. However:

It should have no bearing on his departure or his life after his service as AG,” said Stanley M. In our opinion it appears that Holder is weaseling out while the weaseling is good. That in itself is contemptible.

The xxx aboveanalysis is retarded. Why on earth would charges against Holder be dropped and applied to someone who wasn't even around when the deed was committed? I understanx . Our legal system has some flaws, but seriously?
Look for a presidential pardon well before lil eric has to testify.
