Little Tommy dart is an absolute laughing stock of law enforcement. Having a couple people in the know the entire department hates him and wishes one of these days he would get arrested for the shit he gets into. If you think politics is bad in Chitcago, Cook county is worse, and Dart's little midget brother is always getting investigated for one thing or another. Dart is big on letting people out of jail, he doesn't give a shit whether they re-offend, he just wants to pander to anyone who gives him money. And I believe he has got a rather large bank account for a public servant. It is said he has a goon squad that works the elections....I sincerely hope that one of these home confinement piece of shit turns on Dart.
