Sometimes... I do want to know what happens when the government does run out of other people's money...
Sometimes chaos needs to happen for order and common sense to re-emerge.
There must be some mistake. Their douche bag idol whom they so worship promised their rates would go down $2,500/year and the media that they are stupid enough to believe said so also. Reality is a bitch. Did they learn anything? Doubtful. Do I feel sorry for them? NFW!
I can't see where they are wrong in being upset here. I see the irony, but fail to see why they shouldn't be pissed. The fee has nothing to do with ACA, but is something the school tacked on for no apparent good reason.
I'm not sure how to research it, but it would be interesting to know if any institution, whether it be a school, a corporation, or anything else, had the nerve to charge people for NOT enrolling in their insurance plan, before Obamadon'tcare led the way?
They are only pissed because they thought it said free, before they signed up for it.
They're NOT wrong to be upset. Just hypocritical. This is Obamacare style strong arm tactics, on a small scale. They're getting the same kind of crap forced on them that the rest of the country is getting, and they don't like it, even though they voted for socialism.
