It’s finally going to the Supreme Court, but with that bunch of wackadoodles, who knows?

CARB is the Kalifornia AIR Nazi's..They don't know what they are doing, but they want to look good doing it..Kinda like the EPA letting waste water out of a mine, stupidity by design and accountability to no one. The JV EPA if you will.
That term makes me nervous. I hope they're not the JV EPA like ISIS is the JV Al-Qaeda.
This also resembles a form of taxation without representation, the founder's founding father's worst nightmare. This is considered business as usual for the Dhimmicretans.
Without big government there would be no high paying jobs for the democrat party henchmen. They are not capable of working in meritorious work environments - they have no skills, no real talents. Unless there is a job that offers pay for no accountability, with no chance of being evaluated on merit, they would be jobless. They need these jobs to indulge their inner bully, to boss others around on their whim, to feel good about themselves.
I wonder how many of the thousands of trucks that enter our country from Mexico every day are being checked? I'm willing to bet none of them, Gov. Moonbeam doesn't want to piss off his southern brothers.
Hmm, a slight quibble with the linky, I'm not sure that's exactly what is meant to be prohibited, by an "ex post facto" law.
Maybe this will help explain it.

Ex post facto laws retroactively change the rules of evidence in a criminal case, retroactively alter the definition of a crime, retroactively increase the punishment for a criminal act, or punish conduct that was legal when committed. They are prohibited by Article I, Section 10, Clause 1, of the U.S. Constitution. An ex post facto law is considered a hallmark of tyranny because it deprives people of a sense of what behavior will or will not be punished and allows for random punishment at the whim of those in power.
How are you supposed to be a law abiding citizen, if they can change the law later, and turn you into a criminal for something you already did lawfully? I guess if a tyrannical government wants to make sure EVERYONE is a criminal of some kind, this is a good way to go about it.
It is already happening. Stossel has been very good in exposing that. Even the Amish are affected.
Hell, if we're going to be criminals anyway, we might as well go all out and bulldoze/wrecking ball/dynamite the CARB offices while they're all at their desks.
I noticed that these clowns have started fining companies for violations that would normally be grandfathered under federal law. One can't help but wonder who's pockets that money is going into.
Nancy Piglosi's husbands pocket. He is one of the major contractors who are supposed to building the Kali high speed train that will cost over a billion dollars. Fining the millions of trucks that move through the state is just one way for Moonbeam to pay for it.
Jerry Brown leads the pack of low information public officials. His day at the office probably starts by being told what day it is.
The best way to handle CARB is to flush it with the rest of the crap.
Jerry already knows what day it is, it's the day he signs another law designed to cripple business and redistribute wealth.
