HA! I knew it! I have been saying that the idiots didn't grasp that income tax does not apply to the cash and holdings already owned. It is truly amazing how libtards recycle crap. President Roosevelt enacted an undistributed profits tax in 1936 with a top rate of 60 percent. FDR seemed intent on prolonging the pain and misery of the Great Depression and this tax (along with all his other tax hikes) worked quite well.
