    • If by D.A. you mean Dumb Ass...well, he has proven to be more than qualified.
      If by D.A. you mean District Attorney....well, wt least he would be ( gainfully?) employed. And what the hell, it's not like he could be WORSE than this a** hole. Or could he?

  • I believe like the Justice Scalia we need to not do this thing where we put people in categories in order to identify special treatment. They murdered him in cold blood that is it, what they need to do is give them the most punishment available in the law. This is what Obama wants for us to be concentrated on the race aspect.

  • Hicks acknowledged that social media posts allegedly made by some of the defendants are racial in nature, but he said "the evidence is insufficient to establish that race was the primary motive" in Lane's slaying.

    Plenty of evidence for me.

      The accused should be tried as adults

      Federal "hate crime" laws should be in play

      This should be a capital murder case.

      ...& that's on top of this being an international incident of sorts since a foreign national was murdered. I have hope that Oklahoma will do what's right & bring the full force of the law down on these feral bastards.

    • The one that has a white mother is exactly as black as Obama. The third has been described also as "mixed." I have no doubt that race played a pivotal role in their decision. Oh, and I've seen plenty of black guys with white girlfriends that were still racists.

        We can't know what was in their heads, but it seems like the testimony the police are getting from friends would be the best evidence we have of their state of mind, and the friends are saying race was not a factor. This reminds me of the Matthew Shephard murder, where gays insisted it was a hate crime whereas the friends of the culprits and the DA were saying, "No, these were simply two drug addicts looking for money." Not everything is a hate crime - sometimes it's just loser punks overcome by demons.

    Now what we have here are some pretty racist things on twitter (like St. Skittles) and we had the White-Hispanic that tutored black children and stood up for a black homeless guy when nobody else would. One is racist and the other is not. The msm chose the non-racist to persecute and will now do their best to exonerate the racist. All to push a fake agenda and to hide the fact that the racial crime is 95% black on white not the other way around.

    Face it, this is a hate crime. The only issue is that it is black on white and therefore sadly it does not fit the template for a hate crime.
