Daniel Lewis Lee is first federal inmate executed in 17 years. Lee was executed by lethal injection at the federal prison in Terre Haute, Indiana. The last federal execution was in 2003
“I didn’t do it,” Lee said just before his execution. “I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life, but I’m not a murderer. … You’re killing an innocent man.”
The 47-year-old was convicted in Arkansas of the 1996 slayings of William Mueller, his wife, Nancy, and her 8-year-old daughter, Sarah Powell.

The jails are full of innocent criminals, just ask them...He didn't do nufin...Bullshit, two more set to get the needle this week and that is a good thing.
Lee and his buddy put plastic bags over the three victims and taped them closed and let them suffocate. "Slaying" sounds too antiseptic.
It took far too long to dispatch this PoS to hell. Good riddance.
