      Now they are trying to appeal to the blacks and they are kissing muzzie butt whenever possible.
      What they are doing is establishing the coalition to wage their revolution.

      Dictatorships needs their base of support in order to function, especially when they have have a large territory.
      Even a small minority willing to fight can be problematic if the majority of the population had no disposition either way, hence the american revolution winning despite the small % fighting for it.
