Hey. It's CHINA. Everyone SAW she was dead, they were just afraid she'd been executed by a government hit squad and were afraid they'd be next on Column B if it looked they were too interested in her.
That's what she gets for eating at a McDonald's. The last time I ate a Quarter pounder I couldn't get more than 1 minute from a toilet for 3 days.
This is why you should use the drive thru. You wouldn't be dead 30 seconds before someone started blowing the horn.
Maybe she ordered something without the special sauce and died waiting for the order...
How do you know they didn't already use her for burger meat?
Maybe they used her to test that new "buttermilk chicken sandwich" they just came out with. And it killed her.
Goes to show how often they clean the place.
