Death during threesome nets $3 million. Who says the American tort system doesn’t work? Not the lawyers, that’s for sure! This man complained of chest pains, visited a cardiologist, was scheduled for tests 8 days later, but decided to participate in a threesome in the meantime… and died during sex. Clearly, this was the doctor’s fault.

Apparently way tooo many lawyers, and not enough ambulances to chase....Anyone that is semi-comatose would realize we done gradeate way to many lawbones every year....and after dealing with these graedeates for years, makes me wonder how they got thru the school. Right out of law school they all think they are headed for the supreme court and every case is the crime of the century...I say again. Shakespeare was right.

Don't kill them. There's a shortage of good landscapers and pool boys. I think everyone should own a lawyer...I could always use an indentured servant to mow my grass, clean my house and just do basic manual labor.

Indeed, he was. Repeating a small statistic comparison again; here in the U.S. we have roughly 5 to 6 percent of the world population and to really screw things up, we have 75 to 80 percent of the world's lawyers.
Society is F*CKED, if a jury believes that this imbecile is only 40% responsible for his own death in these circumstances. We can blame lawyers(and I blame them for almost everything) for the excessive amount of frivolous lawsuits, but if juries, i.e. groups of citizens, don't have any sense of justice, then the lawyers have no obstacles to slow them down.
The problem is, juries tend to think like the "victim" and award ridiculous amounts of money based on what they would want to get in similar circumstances! Tort reform would really knock down the cost of healthcare, and this is a perfect example. Why do you think the usual suspect (hint-hint) has stayed away from this story?
The progressives have trained society well. We now have a dependent, victim populous that expects others to accept responsibility for everything thing that happens in their lives. They refuse to accept the reality that the choices we all make bring us to who, what and where we are.
I am interested to know what the basis of the suit is. He had chest pains. He was scheduled for testing, which indicates the cardiologist felt there may be a serious problme ( if they think your "chest pain" is reall muscle or Gastrci pain, they won't scheule a bunch of heart tests.) The man was a moron and the wife is stupid. Maybe that combination is why he died and she's suing.

Seeking for someone to blame because the husband is a freak is not a good look. 40% responsible for his own death...?! I will say nyet 99% his fault and he one percent his "friend" and "other woman not his wife". Nobody told the fool to have sex and perhaps engage in other activities perhaps even illegal ones with other fools.
Overall if I was his wife and/or family members I will rather die than to put my face in the public or my name and sue anyone. I would rather bury the foolish bastard and go on with my life and forget about his sorry doublecrossing ass. If anything if I had found out he did this, he would be dead by bullet holes in his head and penis. In times long gone a woman of class would have tried her best to keep this quiet, bury him quietly in a small ceremony and move on with her life. What is wrong with people? I know she is angry at the bastard husband and can't kill his disgusting ass, but as a woman of class she should have just moved on with her life, not bring this up in the forefront. Because of this I have no pity for her.
