An unchecked judge is one of the most dangerous things to an elected republic. The dip shits have figured this out long ago, that is why FDR attempted to stack the supreme court and expand the number of sitting justices.
Are these psychological visits be open to the public? or available to the government? This is some bullcrap! How tyrannical can you get?
Meanwhile piss poor crazy ass homeless people are walking around free and they are not required to take their meds or be placed in an institution even if they could be an actual danger to society.
