  • All I want is to hear them say is unconstitutional the back and forward thing bores me I must admit.

  • Only had time to listen to about 15 minutes of it, but it was as good a start as I could hope for. Glad to hear SCOTUS still has a brain.

  • Allahpundit said that Kennedy has "been the fifth vote for a conservative majority on several landmark cases finding limitations on federal power." So, today's questioning may be a good sign. Let's hope he's right.

  • WOW!! Score one for the GOOD GUYS!! I really sold obutthead long on this one. He sent his best second year law student to argue in front of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. uur uh er uh uh excuse me ur what did you say? Thanks obama you fuckin idiot.

    • I may have spoke to soon, toward the end I heard sotomayer put in her two cents. WTF, she was supposed to recuse herself from these hearings as she spent a great deal of time helping to write this bill. Now I am back to my old cynical rants...how can you win, the deck is so stacked

      • Kagen is who was the Solicitor General in 2010 not Sotomayor. And yes she should have recused herself.

  • I'm still waiting for these new bureaucracies and their department heads to be rendered unconstitutional. These are all straw man arguments from straw dog departments!
