Y'll kind of beat me to it. The fiorst thing I thught was "that's not a tear. That's sweat because he knows he has really stepped in it now and no amount of distraction or spin is making it go away! I kind of feel bad for the guy who was the scapegoat from the IRS. I am sure he was just following orders and is stunned that this is being laid at his doorstep. I heard some clips of Obama discussing the IRS cluster, and I realized that he never once connected his words to the actual behaviour in the IRS. It sounded more like he was aggravated that they got caught. THAT'S the unforgivable part!

With this mantle in place he and his apparatchiks will point to this action and say, "hey, when there really is some problem we fix it, see? But Benghazi, there's no there there "

I don't know you, and perhaps that is not how you feel but from an outside point of view that is how it comes across. He being black has nothing to do with the fact that he is a horrible president. Carter was terrible too, to say he was a white turd would be unnecessarily racial. However I agree he is a horrible person and he should pay for his crimes. A lot of the people behind him allowing him to do these things are white. So again this has nothing to do with the color of skin but with the content of character in this case which is bad.
