Okay maybe he did do something wrong... it doesn't seems so, but okay maybe he did, but come on!!!! The timing is crazy, the fact that he just released a movie about Obama and that it made all that money. Using the IRS would be too obvious so they dug and dug until they found something. This tells me something very important as a Conservative one has to live right. This is really disgusting...
The tactic is to force D'Souza to make a deal rather then going bankrupt fighting a hyper-politicized IRS that is clearly on a witch hunt. If he did nothing wrong, & can prove it, he should make this a very public affair by making public as much as possible by going to the conservative media.
BTW, his documentary was excellent. Very well done.

The Washington Post, at the VERY TAIL END of its article on this, points out that a John Edwards donor did the exact same thing and it was charged as a misdemeanor, not a felony. So that's how the justice system works now - one system for Democrats and another for conservatives. With Obama in the White House, we might as well live in Zimbabwe.
It might not even have been this big of a deal if D'Souza hadn't made that movie about Obama.
