Somebody needs to remind these two ass hats that the US Constitution allows for the removal of those who abuse and or ignore the US Constitution. It is time to remove the "judge" from the bench and put the caseworker in jail. The grandparents are the stable force in this child's life and the "government" wants to take their place. It is time to put the "government" on notice that it does not raise our children. We do!!!
Why shouldn't they jail the judge too
This is where the NRA and/or another gun association needs to use the money they gather in getting attorneys to assist people like this.
A little tin god of a judge, and a case worker who is a legend in her own mind..Liberals making up rules as we go along..It's just the latest trick to screw over anyone who doesn't see it their way. Some one needs to censure the judge and fire the caeeworker.
