I suspect her symptoms refer back to a CVA. She may have had a series of TIA's prior to what one would consider a minor stroke. Of course a concussion from a drunken fall might explain her glasses for double vision. I suspect the large black guy is carrying injectable diazapam which is used in post-CVA's. Valium was originally researched as a sketetal muscle relaxant but used primarily for it's immediate tranquilizing effects.
The tongue lesion is interesting. The coughing is interesting. The barking is interesting. What the etiology is I don't know. Could be a variety of conditions.
What's really most interesting is the serial lying. I suspect that she actually finds it sexually exciting to lie about even the most minor things. Makes you want to vomit doesn't it?
She is probably the most mentally ill of any woman who has ever run for political office. Her enablers in the media must find it great fun and amusing to cover for her.
