I only count them as successes if he accomplished what he set out to do, which means he has had success, because he has bowed to all the world's leaders and has successfully degraded the world's opinion of the US and especially him.
Why shouldn't he think he's a success. The world presented him a Nobel Peace prize just for getting elected & not being George W Bush. He's never been held accountable for his cock-ups, & he has been protected by a corrupt media. Of course he believes he has been successful.
