It is well past time to change ALL of congress and the rest of the governmental "OVERLORDS"...with extreme prejudice if necessary!

Nothing new here. Remember ACORN? If the Republicans had any nads, they would have been passing law after law making political organizations exempt from receiving federal funding on pain of jail. Every time Obama vetoed such a law they should have taken it to the voters.
This signals the end of the republic because what we have is government agencies self-funding by strong-arming citizens. This isn't the only place this is happening. Consider the asset forfeiture laws which allow LEOs to confiscate any property they SUSPECT is involved in a crime. So the young man traveling to California to start a business with his life savings has his cash confiscated simply because some cop is having an ornery day and decides nobody would have that much cash if he wasn't involved in the drug trade. That cash then gets dumped in LEO slush funds where they can fund more cops to look for more assets to confiscate.
With all this going on, plus a president who routinely ignores Congress, plus congresscritters who are too timid to fight for the Constitution, what good does it do to have the "power of the purse strings?" Congress no longer has any power at all.
So, LaRaza is the main group getting funds? Not surprised.
So, Conservative groups are blocked from accessing the funds? Also not surprised. This started with Clinton? We have a Hat Trick of not surprised, and should be illegal.
