Oh goodie, so now Quagmire and Holder will claim this bullshit every time they get caught breaking the law? It's getting time for Congress to grow a set and separate these treasonous turds from the White House.
What a second how can the DoJ claim separation of powers now? The DoJ sure and hell wasn't interested in separation of powers before it and quagmire got slapped upside the head by a federal judge who does understand the separations of power.
They're just exercising their right to separate common sense from governmental policy.
Common Sense and Government Policy are like oil and water, no matter how hard you try, they will not mix.
