I would suggest downloading all the files they host (Megapack) while they are still available. It never hurts to have the resources available, just in case.
This is something, once the Commiecrats find out about it, that will be heavily regulated.
Of course, in the major media, no mention will be made that there are still PLENTY of steel parts required to actually complete a functional weapon.
Well yes, but as the article notes, it is the lower which is the "legal" firearm. Magazines and barrels are not regulated in the same way; even here in the Mass. SSR I can buy any barrel online. Once you've got the lower churning out in your workshop, you got it made, pardon the pun. Of course I see this all as a good thing!
What I find more intriguing is the possibility that an entire weapon could be fabricated by printer -- if I recall, all-metal printers have already produced working joint replacements like knees and jaws, why not trigger assemblies too? And the rest.
Every time I read about 3D printing I become more awestruck. Amazing.
Many people who are in favor of gun control don't know or don't believe that gun "control" will most definitely lead to gun "confiscation," which is the ultimate goal, at least for the hard core socialists who are running our government right now. This innovation, especially the downloadable feature, is undoubtedly in response to the potentiality of confiscation. Get it designed and in the hands of as many as possible as quickly as possible. 600 rounds!! Totally effin awesome!
Agree with your post completely. I'd only add that the printing innovations demonstrate what separates this country from the rest. Many of us have the ability to adapt and beat oppressors at their own game. There are still enough Americans who will not submit to tyranny. Something progressives hate: American Exceptionalism.
Now if we could print some Democrats with the ability to reason, then we'd have something.
