It’s another attempt at side stepping the US Constitution. If the DHS has this new power, they could just pull the plug on all communications.
Those that claim to be the 99% better take notice of what is happening to their precious "internet" and social media sites.
Any politician that signs on to this POS should face an immediate recall election as well.
I remember Lewis at the WH Halloween party. He came as a tuxedo dressed phallus. It had Hussein slobbering all over himself. This is more communist control and more wasted tax dollars. I don't know how the next president will possibly be able to repeal all the garbage this house has forced on us.
