Early morning police raid ousts Occupy Oakland. Say what you want about Oakland, California. At least they have the cojones not to put up with this crap. Step two should be to delouse the lawn in front of City Hall.

I'm waiting for the evening news from Albuquerque to come on, about 10 minutes. The OWS clowns that have been camped out on the grounds at the University of New Mexico recieved their hiking papers yesterday, effective at 10 pm tonight.

He was the guy shot by accident by a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Police Officer...Of course Oscar started the fight but that's not important to the ignorant people in Oakland.
The Officer pulled his gun instead of his Taser, poor training was the cause in the report I read from the investigators...
A lot of it has to due with attitude in Oakland, They are all above the law. If you remember there was a home shopping riot when all those offended by Oscars death decided to get new TV's and Shoes and stuff by breaking into stores and setting police cars on fire.
Let the lawsuits begin. Like Sacramento, Oakland will dismiss all charges, then they can sue for illegal arrests. It happened in St. Paul at the GOP convention. No one prosecuted and lawsuits followed.
I hope the cops were smart enough to get IN WRITING their orders from the mayor/city council because sure as hell the cops will get thrown under the bus by the politicians.

Mean while in the lovely Capital City of Sacramento, the moron who is the District Attorney dropped all the charges against the 75 OWS protesters arrested so far. I guess she is promoting their cause too. By the way her name is Jan Scully, and she has not been the best D.A. I have ever seen. Her office screws up on a regular basis but people just keep re-electing her.
She claims the arrests did not fit Penal Code Section 409(c). The unlawful assembly section. And now the scuzzbag protesters in Sacramento are trying to get the City to lift the overnight camping restrictions in (here it comes) Caesar Chavez park because they want to stay all night. Right now they have to leave at 11pm and go back to mommy and daddy's house.
