I don't get why a billionaire needs welfare. I only ever see them spend their $ on expensive homes - nothing else. Whenever it comes to these projects they get government help.
What do they do with their money? Dump it in a pool and swim in it? They never seem to spend it on their "Make the world a better place" schemes.
