Emails: Geithner, Treasury drove cutoff of non-union Delphi workers’ pensions

Emails: Geithner, Treasury drove cutoff of non-union Delphi workers’ pensions. “The move, made in 2009 while the Obama administration implemented its auto bailout plan, appears to have been made solely because those retirees were not members of labor unions.” Yep, they’re all about “helping” the middle class… well, maybe the parts of it that are in their pockets, anyway.

Bonfire of the Absurdities: After 35 year career writing software for IBM mainframes, am now self-employed contractor thinking of joining a union and striking for higher wages. Cured morbid fear of heights when I learned to look at them as lengths standing on end. Uncompromising in refusal to accept browser cookies. Amateur investor who has accumulated a small fortune in the market after starting out years ago with a large one. For recreation, I run, hike, kayak and play tennis but will not consider synchronized swimming under any circumstances.

  • Here is just another fine example of barry picking winners and losers. Little Timmy and friends screwed those who worked hard and just happen not to be members of the UMWA. Just because they where non-union members does not mean that they where among the upper management with in Delphi and deserved to be SCREWED over by this administration.

If barry wins another term, this is an example of what is waiting for those of us who happen to be investing in our own retirement. It will be wiped out and the unions will get it all.

These emails also prove that the testimony in front of congress was a lie and they all committed perjury and obstruction of congress. It's time to start up the indictments and passing them out. I say 9/5/12 at 1900 would be a very good day and time.
