Energy Department to offer $100,000.00 prize for creating an app that already exists: Hey while they’re giving out money how about a billion dollars for a system we’ve developed that allows linked in computers to communicate with each other -as well as “servers”- over vast distances. Did we say billion? Better make it a trillion.
