The EPA blackmails us with our own money. Takes tax money and only gives it back to the states if they follow mandates.
Meanwhile, back in Congress, I hear the usual crickets.
Those in the EPA who were a part of this mine's troubles should be criminally investigated. If this was done by anyone NOT the EPA, they would be in serious trouble.
The Gestapo can go anywhere it likes to go...The only rule for the EPA Gestapo is there are no rules....
Why should we be surprised? This is business as usual with the government.
