Where the hell does EPA get ANY legitimate authority whatsoever? The making of law is the purview of Congress, NOT unelected bureaucrats unaccountable to We The People.

  That's precisely why ALL alphabet soup bureaucracies are extra constitutional and therefore, unconstitutional! If we get a President with cojones, the EPA should be one of the very first unconstitutional bureaucracies that he eliminates. Pull one of those Obummer moves, like: "I've got a pen and a phone"! If a few of us got together, we could make a yellow waterway on that little fat EPA guys desk and they would have to evacuate the building and declare it a protected waterway under their own rules...About a dozen of us, drinking about a 12 pack of our favorite beverage and releasing a small flash flood at the same time ought to do it...
