The story doesn't define 'climate refugee' - would it include people fleeing the high prices created by renewable energy mandates?
Most of those getting out of the middle east and Africa don't know what electricity is. Imagine their surprise when they find out utilities like gas and electric costs money.
I think they should be given a fork and shown how to "plug it in" when they arrive.... :)
Or a butter knife and a toaster.
