Atheists are like many liberals, they aren't happy unless they can stir the stink in the outhouse.
Uhm... this was part of the rubble after the attacks. If Christianity did not exist it would just be metal strips welded together. It was ascribed the title of a cross because it was a very evil event and the sight of a cross brought people comfort.
What kind of person actually hates on the idea of certain people ascribing these accidental looking cross as a symbol of comfort after such a traumatic event?

I've been to the museum (well worth it and deeply moving). The Cross is in a separate viewing area that you have to wait in line to see. Only 45 people are let in at a time. So. . .if you're an atheist, you DO NOT even have to see the Cross!
If this is something that is not openly displayed, and you have to wait to go into a separate area to view it, I don't see the problem.

The only ones complaining are the atheists that have an agenda to erase the presence of Christianity from the earth. It is more about common sense and freedom over Marxism.
