A little test of the system by ISIS before the fourth of July? Obama's friends at work. It serves a double purpose, The country gets screwed up with all kinds of technical problems (including the power grid, medical information and records, communications within law enforcement agencies and more) and it gives Obama a chance to step in with that freak F.C.C. commissar to control more of our lives in the name of "safety" and spend billions on security for the internet/phone/cable systems. "We have to take it over to save it"...I can hear it now....And what better place than the liberal wonderland of the People's Republic of Kalifornia?
From the photo it looks like a couple of herpes lesions has infected the area.

I must have fallen asleep before the site was cut off, but considering it's Kalifornia, I'm surprised that Gov Moonbeam hasn't handed over control of the state and everything in it, to the ChiComms.
