Laura Ingraham was on FOX News arguing against this ruling.
Why? I like law and order, but randomly stopping people on the sidewalk to search their persons is not the kind of thing I want happening in my country. Was their something technical she didn't like? I know she's a lawyer.

I wish the judge had ruled that the searches were illegal for general constitutional reasons, not for racial reasons. Seems to me this is an abhorrent practice and if you've ever talked to black men subject to these searches you will understand how onerous and insulting they are. All the people saying that these searches are effective at stopping crime are simply repeating the justification they used for Mussolini - remember how they defended him by saying he made the trains run on time? If we have reached a point where the only way to be safe is to allow armed men to roam the streets randomly stopping, harassing, and searching citizens, then we might as well admit we have lost ourselves permanently.

FEMA is secretly seeking out supplies from survival food companies like Wise Foods, who are major suppliers of extended shelf life foods. It smells alot like the ammo grab. If they hoarde ammo and food, we are going to be in real trouble.

At some point one of two things needs to happen- either these Constitution violating tyrants need to be thrown from office or the government needs to come clean about the nullification of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
It should do both and then just march itself straight to the nearest FEMA camp.
