Federal Judge Strikes Down Biden Admin’s Travel Mask Mandate. They can’t ask why you haven’t a mask. What will the Mask Nazi stewardesses do now?
A United States District Court judge in Florida vacated the nationwide travel mask mandate on Monday in a ruling that found the mask requirement for travel via mass transit, planes, and trains violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). The lengthy ruling explains how the Biden administration “improperly invoked the order and interpretive rule exceptions to notice and comment,” “improperly invoked the good cause exception” to such rulemaking in a manner that “was not harmless error” and how the mandate “is arbitrary and capricious because the CDC failed to adequately explain its reasoning.”

With this ruling the face diaper police are judge shopping within the Eleventh Circuit in an attempt to have it reimplemented. If you wish to wear a diaper upon your face go for it. I do not. So STFU and leave me the hell alone.

Mask nazi stews... I have to defend them here. It's their ass if they don't enforce the mandate aboard the aircraft. I'm sure there are some of them that take pleasure in enforcing the mandate, but the majority of them that I've spoken with are over the whole covidmania thing. We all are. The whole industry has been vaxxed and a large majority have had covid already. Some, several times. The pandemic is over. It's already killed the people that it's going to kill. Those of us that remain are either immune or never were in danger to begin with.
I did run into a mask nazi on a rental car bus last week. I'd worn the stupid mask for 2.5 hours on the flight and pulled it off once I exited the airport building. We got on the rental car bus and I had forgotten to put it back on. Some dude in the back of the bus pipes up with, " I have a spare mask if anyone wants to borrow one." I told him I had one and also had a spare if he wanted one to shove up his ass.
A courteous gesture because masks work just as good at filtering the stink coming out ones ass as they do from stopping a virus from passing through.
