First café serving only water opens in NYC. It’s name is Molecule, and its water supply is pure NYC tap but the restaurant justifies charging $1 and up per serving because their water is filtered through a custom-built $25,000 purifier that “uses ultraviolet rays, ozone treatments and reverse osmosis in a seven-stage processing treatment.” And also because some people will believe anything.

Once again proof positive some people will believe anything. When I was a kid on the farm We drank well water, unfiltered and from the hose the same one we watered the animals with. Sounds gross but that hose was kept cleaner than us kids. look you guys take up space, eat yourselves silly and can't be sold. the animals get sold for cash money this was My uncles favorite saying

Hey, it's NYC. Can we expect sanity? I don't drink most city water without running it through a filter, because it doesn't taste good. But yes, the machine in front of WalMart does the same thing.
