I get sick of hearing the "public cost" arguments for nanny state regulations. Why are things set up so that somebody's obesity costs taxpayers anything?

I HATE popcorn! The smell of it makes my stomach turn. That said, I would live on nothing but popcorn just to know that this puddle of slug piss had dried up and blown away.
He's beginning to remind me of the nutty dictator in "Bananas." Any day now, he's gonna come out and say something like "everybody under 16 years old is now 16 years old" and then NYC will know they have to call in the special soda truck and drive him out to the Twinkie farm.

As I said earlier, all Bloomtard is doing is creating a black market. Most movie theaters make their largest profits off of concession sales, they rent the move from the company that produced it, and pay royalties every time they show it.
So when even more theaters close down, it has a ripple effect on local restaurants, no movie, no dinner.
The movie houses should have a fit over this. Those big popcorns buckets they sell have got to be very profitable.
Bloomberg you lipless grinch! Butt out of our private lives! You have no right or authority to do this.
Ticket sales at movie theatres barely cover the rental of the movie, food and drinks are what pay the bills.
