Surprise surprise....not!!
It was sold as a way to insure everyone and allow everyone to have a pre-existing condition. It looks like that pre-existing condition is the insurance companies willingness to jump into bed with quagmire in hopes of getting rich. Just like the rest, the insurance company got screwed too. All of the dope and change believers should have listened. There is NOTHING free, including health insurance. Sold your birth right for a bowl full of beans. Now you have nothing but gas pains and have to wait to see a doctor.
