Anyone see that receipt someone posted on Facebook that had the OCare tax on it? This guy went to a store and spent $300. The cashier said, welcome to OCare and handed him a receipt. There was a $6 tax on there for OCare.

In the comments someone stated that this was a screwup on the part of Cabela's, that the tax should not be app;ied to over the counter purchases. It only applies for medical equipment, supplies, etc at the company level. Of course that will be recouoed as you are charged for the use of said equipment, but the guy was apparently charged in error. Has anyone else seen anything more recent on this?

ALL the others. Spineless wonders. I detest the Democratic Party, and what they are doing to this nation. But that's what Democrats are SUPPOSED to do. I despise the Republicans even more now, since they won't fight.
So a minority of the majority party sided with the majority of the minority party to pass a bill. Who's the majority again? Oh ya, progressives in both parties. Boehner and the Republicans are setting themselves up to lose. They think power will change like it always does, that the show will go on, they just need to play the game for a few years and they will once again have their moderate Republican in charge till it's the Democrats turn again. What they fail to calculate is the fact their base is leaving in droves and isn't in a very forgiving mood.
I say screw the Republicans. They won't stand up tomorrow and throw Boehner out, and we will continue to see this sort of thing happen. I'm third party all the way, even if it means Democrats stay in power till we get enough people to fix this country.
But we have to make sure those among us that can afford to, pay more... so why does Hollywood get a tax break after having one of the biggest years? or NASCAR? Need we mention that NASCAR fans boo-ed the first lady?
