This is outrageous! Everyone knows the Fifth Amendment only applies to Progressives.
Not only that but Lerner violated the terms of the 5th by only selectively refusing to answer. And of course it was also crickets when Holder was obstructing congressional investigations.
Flynn is probably smart to do this, we all know what happens when Dems go on a fishing expedition. They put people in jail for crimes they know they are innocent of, ie the Libby/Armitage affair.
Kip - exactly, Scooter Libby was rung up because of differing statements in the investigation and not for anything he did prior to the investigation. There's no way I could accurately recount trivia from memory alone about something I did or said a year ago.
