• Too early to jump to conclusions IMO. The dust hasn't even settled from this debacle yet and there are far too many fingers being pointed in too many different directions without substantiation.

  It could be days, maybe weeks before the truth is really revealed. Real life isn't a crime drama on TV where everything is figured out in forty-five minutes.

  What is his internet history? Websites? Comments?

  And if he is just a "regular guy" according to his brother, why was he known to the Las Vegas P.D.? Regular guys don't get on the radar unless they are doing something.
