Who has the resources (a closed track) to ever get the enjoyment of driving it to it's full potential?

Haha, dunno he its this mini phone screen or i'm brain washed, but i thought that said 200 MPG!
And, along comes the EPA with some new regulation that makes this illegal.
Next watch for government motors releasing info on their developing a 200 MPH Volt. Only thing is it can't obtain that speed unless it's falling off a cliff.
