THe law appears to be unconstitutional. Perhaps having a list of cooperating insurance companis that DO offer birth control and abortion funding could be offeed to employees that want those services covered. This isn't a discussion of whenther the Church is right or wrong in their stand. It is a matter of constituional law. Of ourse, the Constitutional law professor shouldhave seen this coming!

I hope the Obama Administration stupidly persists in their attack upon religious freedom. It gives Republicans a chance to pick up many Hispanic votes. It gives Republicans a chance to get Catholic swing voters and it may rouse the portion of sleeping evangelical voters who wouldn't vote otherwise. I suspect meetings are being taken inside the Obama Administration as to ways to back off their employer contraception mandate without irritating their base too much.
