If I had a billion dollars, I'd focus half on assembly of crack medical squad charged with attacking my brain tumor, and the other on bevy of vigilant and lovely--yet sensible--ladies to observe me and make sure I didn't do stupid shit like embezzling charity funds. Hmm my scheme if falling apart.. and the wife disapproves

No one seems to even take issue at the fact that she stole from a CHARITY to spend it GAMBLING. Don't get me wrong - I gamble at casinos. But I spend MY money and only spend as much as I have allotted. If I lose it all, I go back to my hotel room and jump in the jacuzzi. And stealing from a charity? Stealing from poor people so her entitled self could have a little excitement?
Throw her in jail today! She should not be allowed "2 years" to pay it back. BS! It doesn't MATTER if she pays it back. She STOLE it. Plus, the foundation is closed now because of her stealing. Who is she even going to pay back? And where is this "destitute" old hag going to earn $2 million in 2 years? Most people don't even earn that much in a LIFETIME.
But she was a politician. It's OK to steal - even millions. Let the punk down the street steal $50 from a store though - he'll be in JAIL for the next 2 years, not being allowed to repay it.
