Yet the muslim in chief just told the graduating Coast Guard class that "Global warming" is equal to terrorism. Seems that perhaps governmental spying, shredding the constitution, lying to the American people and setting forth a democratic socialist agenda just might be other issues barry has lied about. I believe that at least in part Obama's focus on this is 1) because is shows up very low on a scale of important topics to the masses in opinion polls, 2) for this reason Obama can blather on about this with no real effect on his "popularity", and 3) talking about nonsense let's him avoid having to talk about ISIS or the economy or anything real that this arrogant ass has screwed up.
