Next time, let's call for a limo, complete with a bottle of Cristal for the poor guy. Charge it to the Mayor's slush fund.
Don't give them any ideas...They will charge taxpayers not the Mayor's slush fund, that is for the Mayor to spend on her, not the little people.

There is no murder charge in that Goodson document. There simply isn't. She tells a story of negligence, that's all. Maybe you could get a manslaughter charge out of that, but it would be iffy. Murder with intent? No way. It's ridiculous. You would at least expect the prosecutor to present a viable charge in the charging document, even if her facts were incorrect, but she didn't even do that. I don't see how the judge can not dismiss immediately.
Plus I heard someone saying that the order to belt people in who were being transported (that's touted in the document and by the MSM) hadn't been signed off by the police union or the police officers and wan't in force yet, which could also change things.
Defense attorney: "Look, in half a century of transporting prisoners who weren't belted in, nobody has died. Now someone has died and it's a murder charge? Is this courtroom suddenly a comedy club?"
