French transport engineers do it again. Remember when they bought a fleet of trains too wide for the train stations? Now Paris train stations have a bunch of escalators with steps to wide for the machinery. The term “French engineer” is becoming an oxymoron.

The French haven't designed anything worth a crap since the Guillotine. Hell, they used to join NATO long enough to steal the designs for equipment, then get out when the membership bill came due.

I've had to work with Airbus planes. I really believe that they are designed and built by a class of fifth-graders.

I won't fly in an Airbus. A friend of mine is a former boeing engineer-he says no Airbus is safe to fly in. Not a one!
