Full bladders, wasabi alarm earn Ig Nobels

Full bladders, wasabi alarm earn Ig Nobels. The amazing study proving that having to pee really really bad can reduce your attention span, won the Nobel Prize. Other prizes went to a fire alarm that smells like wasabi, research into why people ‘sigh’, and a study of the bad math that failed to predict the end of the world. The next winner should be the person who predicts the end of the Nobel Prize.

    • Nah poppa, that won't work. Having to burp is not nearly as much a deterrent to the attention span as having to pee. You can burp in public and people just look at you like you are kind of rude. Pee in public and see what happens!

      • Some states put you on a sex offender list for peeing in public. How does that compare to being a molester? And God help the dude if he has to register everytime he farts. It might be best to just piss your pants and take the humiliation.

  • C'mon, at least they did SOMETHING, as opposed to a certain
resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. who received one for what
again? Can't seem to remember, oh yeah......NOTHING.

    • Seems one of these Ig Nobels would have been more appropriate for Obamarama. Then at least it would be funny he won.

  • I can hear it now - Why no officer, I'm not drunk, I had to pee! Sorry I ran over that pedestrian, hit a fire hydrant and drove into a liquor store.
