Gay rights activists hold ‘kiss day’ at Chick-fil-A restaurants

Gay rights activists hold ‘kiss day’ at Chick-fil-A restaurants. So what happened to the big kiss day Friday protest at Chick-fil-A? All day we’ve been scouring the internet, watching CNN, HLN and Fox only to see very little about this. A picture or two here and there showing a few gays protesting and that’s about the extent of it. We guess the real story is told on Facebook where more than 650,000 people liked Chick-fil-A appreciation day and by our latest count 14,255 said they were going to kiss day Friday. Divide 14,255 people by 1,600 Chick-fil-A restaurants and you get a whopping 8.9 protesters per restaurant. Talk about not backing up your BS! Even the one closest to San Francisco had a low turnout.

  • Why can't the homosexuals go to der weinerschnitsel? Plenty of buns and weiners there to eat.

  • Regency Mall in Racine, Wisconsin has a Chik Fil A that had a bang up day on Wednesday. They were ready for counter protest crowd, but it never was a crowd. Two girls showed up and kissed at seven o clock. They were offended by the comment from the television crew that was there to document the great homo movement in action. Apparently one of the bigots said "I'd pretend to be gay for an hour, too." The high school aged girls were mighty miffed. http://caledonia.patch.com/articles/same-sex-kiss-in-doesn-t-really-pucker-up

  • I can explain the low turnout. It was billed as a whole day event, and there aren't that many unemployed gays. Now, on the other hand, if CFA had said something about illegals........................

  • The object of the exercise is not near as much pro qu*** as anti Christianity……for if it were really about the former, the twerps would also be harassing the anti qu*** Muslims.

  • You know, I read the article under the link "the one" in the above story. This is from the (San Jose) Mercury News. This newspaper can be surprisingly honest. I thought the story had little if any bias. Good for you SJMN and THANKS!!

  • Nothing here in Wisconsin. Too bad, I was looking forward to watching some hot lesbian action while enjoying a good chicken sandwich.

    • Don't get too excited, the lesbians you would see would'nt be the hot ones. But the bull dykes that scare most people.

        • Shudder to think it! But you know, it is possible. There are several überliberal havens for the richy and bitchy. Lake Geneva is one of the more pristine areas that has become a proggy cesspool with many big timers living in large secluded swathes of mighty pretty country. The corridor twixt Lake Geneva and Madison is mostly rural, farming and just plain beautiful hill laden blankets of green, mottled with little enclaves, many of which teem with rabid (read; radical commie) elements constantly being fought off by the regular sane folks. I could totally picture rosie o'jabbathehutt sliming her way along in Lake Geneva and Madison.

  • Local SF news is bringing their own queers to Fairfield to make news with as I write this. It's just pathetic. They will find Dick Cheney's daughter their I suppose.
