Well, Mr. Whacko apparently did it again, stealing luggage at the Las Vegas airport this time. So now there is a felony arrest warrant out for the... guy.

A) He wasn't a passenger on the airline who's carousel he took the bag from; B) he didn't check luggage onboard his flight; C) They gave him TWO FLIPPING MONTHS to return the bag (giving him the benefit of the doubt; D) he failed to return the bag; E) he's been on "leave" and his deputy has been filling in for the last few weeks as his access has been suspended; F) he faces 5 yrs and $10K fine; G) I love this story.
