General Motors is Imploding — and Team Obama is Lying About It

General Motors is Imploding — and Team Obama is Lying About It. Sounds like it’s time to change the name to KM (Keynesian Motors).

CO2Insanity: Tired of the CO2 BS and all the other BS in the US and the world.

  • I really liked the look of the 2000-2005 Chevy Impala. I thought about getting the tan/gold one but never did. For some reason I was less thrilled with them when I started seeing them everywhere as police cars, nothing against the police. I'll admit that the upcoming 2014 Impalas look sharp and sporty but I'm not sure how good of a car they are.

    • Was that the one with the double round tail lights on each side of the back? I liked those lights. They looked pretty cool. They only did that for a few years then the car started looking really non-descript, Mr. Anonymous Automobiles.

      • Yes, those round lights were one of the first things that drew my attention to those Impalas. The Impala hasn't been much to look at since 2006.

  • O man, was this here somewhere or did I see it on my own? Worth repeating at any rate, as it regards Sock Puppet's notions of "business":

    http://dailycaller.com/2012/08/02/obamas-bank-of-washington-applauded-by-solyndra-ceo-in-email/

Solyndra’s CEO labeled President Barack Obama’s administration “The Bank of Washington.”
    ....
“The Bank of Washington continues to help us!” he wrote in the October 2009 e-mail...

This should be like a dam CENTERPIECE Romney ad. GM and all the rest, perfect description.

  • Yeah, as Clint said, they're coming back, baby. Well, they CAME back (or as close as they could come to coming back) but they didn't stay very long and now they're going away again. Maybe if the politicians stayed the hell out of the way in 2009 and let the company be re-organized as it should have been, it would have a future.

    • This looks like a lust for power and a will to take it at any cost even at the cost of the country. I speak of obama's insatiable lust for power at any price. Corporate Greed?? I don't think so much, that's a sinking ship...

      • Corporate greed? Look dumbass, it was about greed & coruption, but it was about the Obama regime handing GM to the UAW. BTW, if you want to keep track, GM will need to post a stock price of $52 to break even. Plus, we no,longer have Old's, Pontiac, or Saturn, but we now own a big stake in Peugoeot. Gotta love it, & this beat off keeps chanting "corporate greed". I can only hope he does'nt procreate & bring another leftist progressive into the world. Please waste your idiot seed on some quality porn sites, & do it for America.

  • the shame is they are finally building good cars....but they are so messed up inside....

  • One of the guys "executed" used to be a colleague of mine. I didn't know him other than by name and face but others that directly worked with him say he was in way over his head. Too bad and it tells me that top talent wants no part of GM.
